Our group has been involved in several projects, resulting in a permament record available for the next generation of walking enthusiasts to enjoy.

The Group's 'Diversity of Walks' album An example is 'the diversity of walks'album of photos, the work of Fred Willits, who took most of the photos, enlarged with photos from other members, and Pat Holmes, who inscribed the captions. Here are a few photos from the album.

Other photos give some idea of the diversity of walks that are possible within the Birmingham boundaries. Enclosed and secretive places, such as the Fazeley Canal below the former Rover Works and Holliday Passage at the back of the Hyatt Hotel, but also paths, that remind us of the open countryside: an old tarmac path going past South Yardley Church, and a ford crossing Scriber's Lane
